These incredible robots weld with unmatched quality, seamlessly from root to cap, adjusting in real-time with AI to ensure perfection at every step. What’s more, they’re fast—up to 5X quicker on Carbon Steel and 12X on Stainless Steel, thanks to machine learning and the ability for multiple weld positions.
The SWRs also feature a modern quality monitoring system that captures every detail of the welding process, logging parameters by the millisecond and recording every weld with video. These advanced systems ensures that your project is executed with unmatched precision and accountability.

We believe that performance is synonymous with precision. To achieve this, we’ve integrated advanced LIDAR and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) technologies into our fabrication operations.
By utilizing LIDAR scanning in the shop, we’re able to analyze and validate fabricated spools and structures, ensuring they precisely match drawings and models. This approach maintains the integrity of your projects by avoiding costly errors or reworks.
This can be extended to scanning your field locations where fabricated components will be installed. This proactive approach allows us to validate that everything will fit perfectly before it even leaves the shop floor.
